  Matt above fails to tell you that he 'handed-off' our shipment to another transporter without our knowledge or consent. I received a call from a stranger, who later turned out to be his mother and father, that they had the dresser and were ready to drop it off at my customer. They wanted to know what I was going to do since the customer was not going to be home and they will not wait, the shipment would have to re-delivered 30 days from now. Well, I contacted the customer, an elderly woman, and she said she could not be there until 4:30 in the afternoon. Matt's mom & pop refused to wait and so I had to offer a $150 ransom money to have the wait until 4:30 (3 hours). And then according to Mom & Pop "who was going to carry the dresser into the house, and if there are stairs?" Well, the customer informed me that she would cancel the order if she has to wait. I told Mom & Pop that I would never do business with Matt again; they couldn't care less. Well, I had no choice I paid the ransom to mom & pop and deducted the $150 ransom from what I owed Matt. Matt was furious, and evidently has maintained this rage even though I did business with him after the incident, thinking it was all under the bridge. Regarding paint, well the customer in OKLAHOMA requested that paint against my recommendation.
